With Cosmic Flux you can upgrade your legendary item to rank 7. Also, the right amount of Cosmic Flux allows you to convert Season 3 equipment into Tier Sets of your choice. The Enlightened faction, offers you a different number of items that you can purchase from the quartermaster.
