BfA is outside and has some significant innovations. There are 10 new factions to start with, but this one has been extended by three with patch 8.2. The factions are split into Alliance and Horde. This means you can only see some of the new factions unless you create a character that has selected the other faction. There are also two Neutral factions that can be found at both camps.
